Therefore, juvies don't give a rat's rearend whether or not they kill someone in the commission of a crime. They also know that even if they are treated/prosecuted as an adult in a court of law, they will probably serve a very short sentence in prison and they will be back on the street in a short period of time(after they reach the age of 21). So again, IMHO, if a juvy is involved in a crime and a citizen LEGALLY USES SELF-DEFENSE to save his own life and the juvy winds up room temp, THE JUVY HAS JUST ROLLED HIS OWN DICE AND LOST, PERIOD! The same also goes for adult criminals! So to sum it up, all DA's & prosecuting attorneys---who want to advance their lib-progressive-socialist gun hating/grabbing agendas on the dead bodies of law abiding citizens, need to take a long hike and be ran out of office/ran out of business.</blockquote>
