I just finished it myself, and I'd highly recommend it. I watched all 10 episodes in 1 day, it was that good.
Not that it matters, but Clint Eastwood was not affiliated with this project in any way. You're thinking of the movie "Richard Jewell". Not a big deal.

It's a set of 10 less than 1 hour dramatizations, and it's really good.
I don't know how closely it follows the actual events, but if you don't come away from this thing with a wheelbarrow full of empathy for Richard Jewell you may not be capable of empathy. Poor dude.
