Up for sale is a mannlicher shoenauer in 30-06. It is not a show piece or safe queen. It has honest hunting wear. It’s just an example of how beautiful these rifles are and what they were intended for. It shoots great with my reduced load of 25 grains of 4895 and a sierra game king 165. It is drilled and tapped but I love the simple look of the sights. It has a flip down rear leaf for, I think 100 and 300 yards. The chambering on MS rifles are not stamped on the barrel. Records are kept by serial number. Rifle looks better in person than what iPhone pics make it look
