I know as far a value goes a mobile will depreciate pretty fast but I am looking for someone that has lived in one and moved to the other and your thoughts on each. If we did a mobile or prefab we could get out pretty cheap but how long would it last and on the other hand if we did a house it would last a long time and if we did it right would hold its value but would eat up most of our budget to do other things like a horse barn and workshop.
