Manufactured/prefab/mobile home vs. a house

Other than that I love my home its 10 years old and doing fine. </p><p></p><p>make sure your setup is done good so that you don't get water runoff underneath, and that you have good ventilation under it, moisture under a mobile is the biggest issue you will run into, thats what rots the floors out.</p></blockquote><p></p>
