Had to wait on a couple to pass before walking across the street. Couldn't see inside because of the dark windows to see how many were inside, but suspect it will be like the Kilpatrick Turnpike. Once it was opened, there were darned few vehicles that used it. The bypass roads were packed with vehicles avoiding the tolls while the Kilpatrick was unused. Drive on it now. It's a major thoroughfare heavily traveled. I suspect the trolly cars will have the same history.</blockquote>
