You can if you can find one. From my understanding Colt will make 80 of them a month for the consumer market.

The Colt rep in the video said they'll be available from the Colt Custom Shop with a retail price of $1995...

Looks like a case of nostalgia and/or the mil/ind revolving door winning out over choosing the best tool for the job.
