What do I have and what's it worth. Says microtech 31424, 08/2011. Is it any good?

Looks like a micro tech auto. They go for 200 to 400 depending on model. Lurk on over to blade forums, knife exchange, for sale by individuals, autos. There are a lot on there for sale. I've been considering an auto for a while now. If yours weren't 1/2 serrated I'd make an offer right now.

Oh and don't carry it in Oklahoma unless you are LEO. I'm not even sure if it's legal for Leo to carry.

Nice. Every microtech I've seen had a model number on the blade. Is there anything on the other side? I'm thinking this model is in the $200 to $230 new category. Blade hq has a bunch of different models for sale as a reference.
