I don't understand why saying the pledge in another language is unamerican. Seriously, it's probably more American than a lot of things. This country was founded on the notion of freedom. Freedom of speech, freedom of religion, freedom from the govt. telling you what to do or think. The idea that reciting the pledge in another language shouldn't be done is probably more damaging to the ideas that america was founded on than any damage that could possibly come from it actually happening.</blockquote>
