With the new Archangel stock from promag that has a 5 and 10 round detachable mag I would think Mosin's might get a boost in sales!

They are still a very desirable rifle. The price has gone up a little, and there are some out there pricing it to try and cash in on the uninformed. I think finding them in the 120-160 range is still reasonable for a very decent firearm. Wouldn't pay $300 though.

$60 would have been nice! I ordered one Wednesday. My 91/30 has me hooked on Mosins so I figured I'd pick one of these up while I had the chance.

I hate this, but a friend of mine just 3 days ago bought a Mosin 91/30 rifle with the whole kit, leather bags, cleaning cans, bayonett, etc. from an individual for $60. This is his first one. The cheapest I have ever bought one was an even $100. Why can't I come across deals like him?

Cabelas is selling 91/30s online for $149.95. A little pricey, considering you can't inspect them before you buy.
