I hadn't heard of the Mojo sights before. Those look pretty cool. Might have to invest in that myself. Why is it that everything I want to upgrade on my Mosin costs $100?

Unions and the lack of cheep Chinese labor. Dude was very creative and did a good job.

Only thing I would have done different with the rear sight would be to have welded a small washer to the front of the rear sight that way I could still use the quick eleveation slide bar. All in all the fellow was creative and tasteful.

Its got me thinking of doing something smiliar now. I already have a bubaded m44 that I got years ago that may now go this route

Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying they aren't worth it, but you can get a $150 rifle up to $600 pretty quick with a select few upgrades. Mojo sights, Timney trigger and a Archangel stock would run around $400.

I really like what fubarjohnnyr did with his. Very tasteful.

The stock brought my sons 1955 back to life! Thank you very much! I dont usually do anything to wood but that ugly white mold had to go.

Thanks for the heads up. The cleaning rod in that one is a 91/30 rod. Some Albanian or Chinese stuck that in there long ago.
