I watched decent little movie with my brother's family last night: Dungeons and Dragons: Honor Among Thieves. I'm not, generally, a fan of fantasy and wizards and such, but I found it to be an entertaining way to spend a couple of hours. You don't need to know anything about the game or it's genre to enjoy the movie--it's kind of like the old Bugs Bunny cartoons, and how they were entertaining for kids, but there was also stuff for the adults. I'm sure if you were into D&D there would be things you get out of it, but it just flies under the radar for most people. (Although I had a passing fancy for the game about 40 years ago, the only thing that surpasses what I've forgotten about it is what I never knew about it.) It's not going to be confused with a classic, but I'd give it a solid 7 out of 10 oaths that have not forsworn you.
