Jimmy Carter, signed into law the legislation which ended nuclear waste recycling, which is one if not the best way to deal with it in many ways. He stunted nuclear power, partially due to Three Mile Island. An unimpressive president, but biden and obama were way worse. Why was obama worse? He destroyed 40 years of improving race relations and the economy got worse on purpose, he new what he was doing. Carter was simply out of his depth.</p></blockquote><p></p>
