There is no way that burger is from McDonald's.
I call BS on that.
Their largest burger is not 1/2 that size.

I think that is a Burger King Whopper and the M on the fries and drink were photo shopped.

McDonald's does have some that size or at least they did a year or so ago. 1/3lb I believe. It even has more than pickles and onions on it.
