Here's my latest project, as you guys live in Okla I thought maybe you'd like it. It's Osage County and the hole is for my home town, I'll add a LED that lights up when the brakes are applied. (Purple of coarse)

3/8" stainless welded to 2x2 square tubing.

Hole for the LED.

Blue LED just for effect. (purple on way from ebay)

On my Jeep.

Still have some polishing to do, wiring, plastidipping the 2x2, etc.

What do you think?

What equipment did you use for the welds?

DC welder, used 309 rod, it welds to carbon steel well. Use it all the time for just that.

The county was cut with a flow jet.

Flow Jet is high pressure water and abrasive, is CNC controlled. Just downloaded the map from the internet and sized. Pushed button and it starts cutting.

I'm a Cherokee living in Creek country, but I always thought the hills in Osage county were gorgeous. One of my favorite places in the state to just take in the landscape and horizon.

Yes they are. I grew up in Hominy and have always felt the pull of that landscape.
