I don't know though if I ever want to hand stitch a belt again.

In actuality there's no reason to ever hand-stitch a belt to it's lining,,,
I assume you are using two needles and saddle-stitching,,,
Rather than one of the lock-stitch hand awls.

Now the main back seam in a traditional holster,,,
Or all seams in a pancake style holster
That's a different story altogether,,,
They need to be saddle-stitched.

I make a lot of gun-belts and holsters,,,
Many years ago I purchased a Tippmann Boss to sew linings with.

It's definitely "old-school" but it works very well for me.

Nice work on your rig.

Perhaps we need a craftsman forum for leatherwork ideas, tutorials, and just plain showing off.

I like that idea too. I make holsters every so often, and it's a lot of fun. Can't say my designs are "original" by any stretch, but half the fun is figuring out how it was made and seeing if I can pull it off.

BTW, very nice!
