Some of you know that I have a link in my signature to my Smugmug site, where there are currently over 49,000 photos, mostly of natural beauty in the Western states. Smugmug provides statistics to its members as to how much traffic the member's site receives. I have had this Smugmug account for just under 4 years (mid-June will be 4 years) and just within the last week, they have recorded more than 1 million "image views" of my photos. Needless to say, I am astounded that so much traffic has been generated there, largely because of me posting pictures and links on a few RV forums and a couple of firearms forums. OSA is one of those forums. That said, I offer sincere thanks to all that have viewed my photos, and I really hope you have enjoyed them as much as I enjoyed taking the pictures. Thanks to you all. Terry
Well shoot, I didn't know about the link, as soon I get a break I will meander through the photos. Thanks for sharing.
With regards to the link, when it is used, one goes to the "home" page. The photos seen there are just the latest ones that have been uploaded to the site. If one is on a regular computer, the word "Browse" is near the top of the page and using that link takes one into the rest of the site. Once there, one will see folders and galleries. Opening folders, one will find more folders and galleries. If one is on their phone or a tablet, one may have to look for the word "Menu" to find "Browse."
As it states at the top of my Smugmug "home page," I am blessed with being able to "share" what God has created and I've been able to photograph. I tell folks that as a photographer that is at least somewhat observant of things around me, I get to "see" God every day. What he has created is both beautiful and mystifying.
