We got her in for an x-ray, a bone in the top of the foot was out of place. A shot to block the nerves and the Dr was able to work it back in place. I am so happy that it went back, the other options would be hard for her to hide. Right now they are still in town waiting for the block to wear off, the second x-ray looks fine. I am betting it will feel better now. The sad thing is she has a phobia of Dr's, not scared a true panic. I can see how it happened with all the things she has been through but it makes the idea of even a simple x-ray a trick, then to find a problem wow. The wife said she went nuts, she would rather walk on the foot than have a single shot to get it fixed. All will be good until the next injury, and sadly that may be before she gets home. :(
