Message: <blockquote data-quote="technetium-99m" data-source="post: 2046535" data-attributes="member: 3615"><p>We lost our fence in a storm a few years ago.  The neighbors behind us said that it was our fence and they wanted no part of replacing it.  I have dogs and really need a privacy fence to keep their grand kid and my dogs separate.  They then pitched a holy fit about us not displaying the "nice side" towards their house and threatened to sue me.  We had to call the police when they threatened the fence builders for not putting the fence up like they wanted.  Talking to their other neighbor I found out that they agreed to half the cost of their shared fence only to refuse to pay later.  The only consolation I have is that these people are 80+ and I won't have to put up with them much longer.  Their daughter is a lot more reasonable to deal with.</p></blockquote><p></p>
