Yes, I do have backup iron sights on the rifle now. Actually, I am using the Magpul flip-up sights that came with my M&P 15-22. They co-witness with my red dot that I have mounted on the rifle in the photos. I don't like using a reflex or red dot from the hand guard. It's always too low and very uncomfortable for me to shoot that way, so I always go with a 1/2" riser mount. The one in the photo is the same one I have on my 15-22, and I have kind of fallen in love with them. So, I bought like 5 or 6 of them. It's just a preference issue....and because it is more comfortable for me.</p></blockquote><p></p>
