Something to watch out for. We bought two Rocking rotating recliner at Mathisbrothers. One was fine but the other made a grinding noise and wouldn't rock. I figured out that the rocking frame slid off the rails and bent two brackets. When they put the rocker back on the rail's the brackets were still bent and made a really awful noise. We had them pick it up and drop off a new one and it had the same problem, they took it back. I went and hand picked one out of a box that was perfect. It looked at two boxed the first one had bent brackets too, when they delivered it, it wasn't in the box and they hand it on the base and it slid off the rocker same problem as before. They figured they were going to fix it and leave it again. I made them take it back again. Must have happened in the truck. We went to the store and picked it up our selves. you can see its close the the edge but this one hasn't fell off, and that connector bracket is straight. [Broken External Image]
