Thanks for telling me how to close the blade.  Once I know how it’s simple.  Those cheap switch blade knives I had as a kid had tin handles crimped on.  I don’t remember how much they cost, less than a dollar I’m sure because we were poor. I’d buy those cheap pocket knives for fifty cents and they weren’t sharp and I couldn’t sharpen them. No telling how many times I cut myself on them.A switch blade knife to me-and I could be wrong-is not a hobby knife- whittle etc.  To me it is a street knife for fighting or for someone who collects knives.  Right or wrong?</blockquote>
