Need AK47 gunsmith in Tulsa area.

I have a Norinco AK rifle that is missing the front sling loop. I need to get one installed. Unfortunately, the front sight will need to be pressed off to get it installed. I need a good gunsmith that can do this type of work without damaging my rifle.

Rubber mallet and wood block do the trick.

AK 47 "gunsmith" is a bit of a misnomer!

You could probably hammer the pins out yourself. IIRC, they go one way only and a little heat helps convince them.

Youtube can show you how. It doesn't look complicated.

Besides, if you screw it up a new sight assembly is pretty cheap ($45 at Apex), but the worst you could realistically do is bugger up a pin.
