I start work at 8AM on the other side of town. My wife works from 7PM - 7:15 AM and has to drive from OU medical center to Norman. School starts at 7:50. Every day there are more than 20-50 cars that are late. There is a HUGE bottle neck dropping kids off at school. Not to mention because the teachers didnt want to extend the school year to account for snow days school starts 20 minutes earlier this year. yes the issue was resolved. The principle just wanted confirmation that we would try to get the kids in on time. However even if we are late it is fine, they just want to know we are trying. Not us specifically but the hundreds of students that are late daily.</blockquote>
