Need help reconditioning a bayonet

I bought 2 USMC M4 bayonets. They appear to have been made in to training tools by grinding them sull and without a point. They have also been coated with a green paint and the handle jas a slight twist that I somewhat straightened. Can anyone here bring them back to a usable bayonet? Handle replacement with a new material might be needed.

first off its an OKC3s not a m4 it is pretty messed up and are $100 new with scabbard so you wouldn't want to spend much on it.
