Need plastic / composite engraving in Tulsa.

Etched Ordinance can’t / won’t engrave plastic, any other recommendations?

Are you talking about laser engraving? Doing that with some plastics can result in the release of chlorine gas, which can trash a laser as well as your health. That may be why.

Thanks but they won’t do laser engraving on plastic.
This job needs mechanical engraving which they don’t offer.

You must not being a weapon.
I looked at this site and they engrave weapon grade plastic

I discussed this with Dave and he didn’t want to experiment on my weapon since we don’t know the composition of the “plastic”.

Even knowing that the plastic is glass reinforced nylon Dave will not laser engrave it. Also he will / cannot engrave the barrel either.

Danny Cheatham at Lazy D Gunsmithing in Bixby was able to make the required ATF maker’s mark on my SBR.
He used his laser machine to create it. He was able to engrave it in the CZ model/serial number block on the receiver. Good thing I have a four letter word last name…
