They were told the insurance would pay but they either needed to move their home or rebuild elsewhere as it would never be available again. Almost everything/ everyone took the option and moved to somewhere that was no longer on the floodplain. The town was only about 15 or 20 buildings anyway but about the only thing left was a fabrication shop that was using what was an old school that had closed years before.</p></blockquote><p></p>
