I have a commercial Kalamazoo in my shop with a 21" throat. Company I worked for 30 years ago was going to scrap it as a gear in the gearbox had a broken tooth and they couldn't find parts for it.

I picked it up for $100 and had American Gear in Kansas city build a new gear that worked perfectly for another $150. High speed great for wood and low speed for steel.
