I just bought a new CR6920 and its all Colt. People complain about the new roll mark but it looks good imo. The deep black color is better than ever.

Colt stopped making rifles for the civilian market and now they are again but people just need anything to ***** about.

Well I'm sitting on 10K rounds of M193 and 6K rounds of M855. Have class this spring will have to use up 1200 rounds at minimum

I am one cynical (illegitimate child) and whenever this griping happens with any type of firearm, I often suspect the folks of which you speak are just trying to stake out a claim that "their" (in this case Colt M4) is absolutely better than those folks who got one later.
It's just another one of those firearms owner things where "MINE is made of solid platinum with 24K gold accents and the serial number spelled out in precious gemstones while YOURS is a Bryco/Jennings/Raven that was pulled from the bottom of a sewage pit."
