The wife and I just put up some new LED kitchen lights to replace the T5 fluorescents we had up there before. The fixtures are a bit smaller in width, but look remarkably like the old T5 fixtures. The fixtures at Amazon. What they look like. You can sort of see some wiring that can't be hidden in both of them, through the diffuser, but it is what it is. Getting them straight with each other is also a chore. Fortunately, they went up easy as I have my arthritis issues and my wife is currently having eye issues. Those T5 fixtures lasted 17 years without a bulb change, so they were definitely worth the money. Now to figure out how to get rid of 8 fluorescent bulbs. Trash won't take them of course.
