The rumor was that the Ass Bill of ‘94 had gun companies, well  some, scared and they were preempting possible laws. Bill Ruger was selling gun owners down the river, Colt neutered their AR’s before they had to along with adding the lower “block”, and so why wouldn’t S&W holding company do the same. What gets me is S&W reluctance to due do away with the bung hole forever.</p></blockquote><p></p>
