    That's the rumor anyway. tapatalk_-568665130.jpg

Has a 10 round flush mag, 13 round extended mag, and new trigger.

I wish they made one like the 1911. Hammer, grip safety and a manual safety. Yea I am old fashion but I prefer cocked and locked or hammer down with some pistols.

S&W had better get with the program and make it Optic ready.

Of all the micro-compacts the shield is still the best shooter IMO, close second is p365xl. This is hopeful!

I was thinking the exact same thing. Heck, even SCCY is ahead of them there.

I wish Smith would redesign that to compete with Springfield and Sig in terms of size. I'd buy one.

I read somewhere that S&W is announcing a new release tomorrow. May have been in reference to this?

I think it changes the mission of the weapon by extending the length of grip etc. Excellent ccw, if I need mag capacity then it becomes larger and more challenging to carry well. I love how easy the shield carry’s. My wife’s g42, I haven’t tried but heck it is apx 1” shorter barrel and two” in grip length just throwing them next to each other. It would disappear even in dress clothes. Random photo of regular shield after sitting at my desk and walking around the community, shirt. Could look tighter but just for a quick reference pic it will work IMG_2591.jpg

Looks tempting. I’d sure be interested in one if true.
