They lease a small area @ 30k a year... I have two 160 acre parcels with working pivots with electric motors and pumps and im only pulling 25k ea.   My brother who owns his own land wants to lease and use that money for kids college fund.  Because if he doesnt lease to them a neighbor will and you get zero $$ and still get to look and listen to them.</p></blockquote><p></p>
