[QUOTE="Garand, post: 1886636, member: 3498"] I had a little 4-wheeler incident a few years back and broke my Bullberry Barrel Works butt-stock on my .22-250 Encore. This week I finally got around to ordering a replacement. I have my Encore painted camo for hunting so I just ordered their "utility grade" unfinished basic Monte Carlo style stock (same thing I had ordered originally). And I had every intention of getting out the Krylon and painting this stock too. BUT I get this thing in the box! Thats some pretty wood, seems like a shame to cover it up with $3 rattle can crap.. Anyone have finish suggestions for me?
