Message: <blockquote data-quote="ok-22shooter" data-source="post: 4351279" data-attributes="member: 42477">I picked up a Lee 10# pot as part of a group buy. the guy did not separate out the zinc wheel weights and cranked the temp up until he melted a hole thru the wall of the pot. the valve rod has the tip broken off I believe. some of the insulation is chipped off the heating element.  It did work to melt out all the contaminated lead. free to anyone that can pick it up in the Bixby area.maybe some one could weld up the hole in the side and the bottom pour and use it as a ladle pot. does have a good temp control.</blockquote>
