The old 1st gen of the snake charmer wasnt bad i had one for years it was handy to carry under the truck seat for snakes and small critters hell i even took dove and squirrel with it a few times, and the stock was sturdy but i never tried to shoulder it shot it one handed like a pistol.
About 2/3 of my safe LOL Ridiculously long revolver? CHECK! Single shot elephant rifle? CHECK! Belt fed Browning? CHECK! Most of my stuff is just for fun....there's only a few I would really think of using in a real scenario or that I have legitimately hunted with.
My novelty gun is a Remington 700 in .308. Oh, it's a pistol BTW. 12.5" barrel and an SBA3 "brace". Also has a 6-18X scope on it. Definite novelty.
I can take the brace and tube off as well. If they pass the ban I’ll either do that or get it SBR’d. Then I could use an actual stock.
Got one of those too! You cannot have more fun at a campground owning one of those unless your neighbor is a stripper with a portable pole. I agree with comments above that a novelty gun is one that will not be the first one you grab when SHTF.
