Well, personally I think the popular method of deer hunting in OK and TX where you sit in an elevated box and shoot baited deer is deer shooting, not deer hunting. But I don't advocate banning a type of hunting just because I prefer something else! High fenced hunts depend a lot on the hunting method used and the size of the fenced area involved. If you get drawn to hunt on the Wichita Wildlife refuge, you are in fact hunting a large high-fenced area. Make no mistake, the anti-hunting crowd is feeding the propaganda machine about the evils of fenced hunting, and their untimate goal is to ban all hunting, one step at a time. So if you drink the koolade and rant against the evils of "fenced hunting" be prepared for YOUR type of hunting to be targeted next! This same routine has already been done in some of the eastern states, so what used to be wildlife management areas are now parks.
