The exercise of rights does come with responsibilities.  Discretion while carrying in public under normal circumstances seems to be the responsible thing to do in my opinion.  Just because you can do something doesn't mean you should and I prefer to let my own judgment and social situations determine that for me rather than legislators.</blockquote>
