nv scopes experience with any?

Im looking at a pulsar n550 or a armasight co-mr currently and was wondering if anybody has a like/hate/gripe about any model of nv scope or any experience behind nvs.

I like the idea of NV clip-ons. They sit in front of your day scope and turn it into a night scope. This way, you can have a rifle that's both capable at night and day without having to swap out your main optic. Just throw on the clip-on in front and you're good. However, I've never used one of these. I use a PVS-14 with an IR laser on my rifle.

Also, I haven't looked through a gen 2 tube before. Only gen 1 and gen 3. Gen 1 was horrible and gen 3 is great. That armasight is a gen 2.

I had a mini osprey, gen 1. It was ok for what it was. I'm going gen 3 from now on though, PVS-14 and PVS-22.
