All 17 of those judges should be brought up on negligence charges,,,
Or sued in civil court, or stripped of their positions.

Something,,,
Anything to hold them accountable for their decisions.

Heck, I don't know if that would even be possible,,,
As the first thing anyone in power does,,,
Is pass laws to protect their selves.

How do they sleep at night,,,
Knowing someone they let loose did this?

In my old age I'm starting to see the sense in Mad Dog Warrants,,,
People like that man just need to be put down.

Two things:
First it sets precedent. Charged with attempted murder and hate speech, get to go home. Hard to deny the facts and even the ACLU would jump on that if they ever try to keep someone in jail over attempted murder now.

Second, those hard working judges have made every effort to be sure that the guy is home and out in public for anyone who wishes to espouse their opinion to him personally. He seems like a reasonable criminal, be a shame if something happened to him before he got to trial.

If a vigilante were to take care of the guy,,,
Do you think those same judges would release him that quickly?

It absolutely boggles my mind that some people,,,
Have any sympathy for people like that,,,
Their mind-set astounds me.

But I personally know people who believe his civil rights,,,
Are more important than our public safety.

Personally I believe that his past actions,,,
Have qualified his as a terrorist,,,
Subject to stricter scrutiny.

I do realize that my extreme attitudes won't ever be realized,,,
Because if we did empower judges or LEO's like this,,,
That power would inevitably get abused.

But I would at least like to see more judges have a,,,
Three-Strikes and You're Out mindset.

Not 17 Strikes,,,
And you're out of jail and back on the streets to do it again.
