Hopefully the courts would step in if he over steps his bounds and tries to enact gun control without congress, but how long would that take? The courts aren't always sticklers for the constitution either. I'm not big on conspiracy theories, but it's no theory that this president has no regard for the constitution or the law. He may just try to regulate the gun or ammo industry right out of business.</p></blockquote><p></p>
