They lean heavily on natural habitat and what it takes to keep and hold deer on your property. ODWC isn't against food plots but they won't pay to expand them whereas they will pay to clear cut some areas to open canopy so ground cover can grow/thrive.</p><p></p><p>Any input is greatly appreciated!</p></blockquote><p></p>
