Being a rough neck will get your foot in the door, but its not where the money is. You do spend time away from family. As far as working in all weather, My dad use to say " You can't be a p#@sy all your life." The weather does not bother me. If you get into a field like coiled tubing, then you can go places. You can go from there to fishing tools and well control. If you work hard and show that you want to learn new things then you can make some big money. I had months that I cleared over 15K. It is a great job if you are young. The older you get, the harder it gets.</p></blockquote><p></p>
