But, with that you could form an LLC and just take your own listings and when you sell them you keep all of the commission instead of splitting it. Of course if another agent sold your listing through MLS you'd still have to split it, but for the listings you go out and get, you wouldn't. You'd still have to compete with other brokers for those listings, but you could put in as much or as little effort as you want.</blockquote>
