How late will you be shooting.
I thought about driving up and watching but can't get there until 1 or 2pm.

This is what it was going to be prior to the monsoon. We may adjust according to floatation abilities. We will be shooting rifle from impact to 300 yards. Pistol to 75, but only for 1 target.

Is it a no to steel tipped rifle? I just checked a box of my Monarch...steel tip.

Monarch is OK as it has a steel case not a steel core. I will be shooting it exclusively on the close range stiff. I don't think the accuracy will ne too good for the 100+ targets though.

I would assume we will ne shooting until at least 2:00 maybe 3:00.

Don't forget we have an indoor pistol match in Edmond at heartland outdoors range. Hope y'all can make it out to shoot with us there too.

Bring some 9mm, 223, and 12 gauge ammo and you can run a stage with my guns so you don't just have to watch and wait 2 months before you get a taste of the real deal.

That sounds almost too good to pass up.

I will have to see if I have enough ammo.

Not so much for shooting, but it will be mucky pasting the targets.

Just packed up the truck and went and got munchies for tomorrow morning.



And it's frigging raining again!

I'm going to wear my big slow work boots for taping and reseting then change into my spikes or sneakers for shooting. It is muddy on the bays for sure but they set up the stages on the 4 new bays so that the shooter is moving/shooting from the new gravel that has been laid down. It should work out pretty well as long as it's not raining during the match.
