I am not talking about the guns carried , but looking more like soldiers than cops.  That is another matter though , the old man broke the rules and the cop used a modicum of bad judgement.  I honestly can't see anyone getting a huge payday , but the old man will probably get all the charges  dropped and his doctor bills paid for.  State law isn't on the old man's side in this one.</blockquote>
