Intent to do harm can easily be seen in the action against the Fellow, by the Officer.Makes Law Enforcement look like the Bad guys. OKC PD should recognize this and separate there selves from these types and weed them out. If the Internal Investigation does not find the officer guilty and charge him with a Felony, then yes they are the Bad Guys.I hope the Department does the right thing.</blockquote>
