I’m not one to Monday morning quarterback a LEO, because it’s at the officers discretion on how he handles his actions. People from other countries need to read and understand American Laws even at the state level. Maybe where these Asian folks are from it’s ok to put hands on a Policeman.</p></blockquote><p></p>
