What is kettle cooking? Boiling it first like some do ribs? :puke::puke: Wife and I have pretty much been out of the BBQ restaurants for several years but are getting back into it. We did the BBQ circuit for several years, pretty much eating it almost every day trying new recipes and finally got burned out on it. Can't believe the prices of brisket now! Insane! I did start a thread on OSA recently on the best BBQ in the Broken Arrow area. Smokies came back as the best of the best and Trip Advisor does rate them #1. We have ate there twice this month and really enjoyed the food. Fork tender brisket, and just the right amount of smoke. No bbq sauce for me on smoked meats.
