Yes, the bills sponsor said doxxing with intent to harm is the proposed law.

I'd say posting a video of officers doing their jobs wouldn't qualify for doxxing, but people are stupid these days and will admit that's exactly what they're trying to do with their own posted comments. You can't fix stupid. :coffee2:

Preventing doxxing is the author’s intent, but the language is too broad and open to interpretation. I’m not opposed to squashing doxxing (IMHO, it’s a dick move), but I’m not sure how you could actually do that without trampling on the 1st Amendment. Even if it’s possible, this bill isn’t the way to do it.
